The following menus and buffet offerings are just part of our almost 7,000 original recipes. There truly isn't much that we cannot offer you, however, it would be impossible to list all of them, so we selected some of our most popular items. It is always possible to mix and match and the make other selections, just let us know your ideas!

Hors D’oeuvres

Hot Artichoke Crab Dip –

Thin slices of beef cooked in barbecue sauce and served on miniature hamburger buns

Meatballs cooked in a homemade sweet and sour sauce with pineapple and tri-colored bell peppers

Stuffed Cucumber Cups-
English Cucumbers cut into bite sized pieces, hollowed out and stuffed with a fresh herbed goat
